New 1.5m wide concrete sidewalks will be installed on Elmwood Avenue between Briarwood Crescent and Garth Street.

Driveway access will be restricted during localized construction activity. After the concrete for your driveway approach (ramp) is placed, access will not be available for approximately five days to allow the concrete to harden.

On-street parking will also be impacted. Residents may be required to arrange for alternative parking during this work. Unless otherwise advised, the Contractor has requested that NO on-street parking occur between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Overnight parking will not be permitted.

In addition, please notify our Department so that arrangements can be made to co-ordinate with our Contractor’s schedule.
