City of Hamilton Resources
The City’s main customer service line: 905-546-2489
- The Bell Canada Relay Service is available to assist in placing a call from persons who use a TTY/teletypewriter. For TTY, type 711 for the operator.
- Translation is available in 149 languages. When calling, callers can identify their language preference to be connected to the appropriate interpreter.
If you are reporting by-law infractions, you can call 905-546-2782 and follow the prompts or email your concerns to:

Hamilton Street Railway and Darts
The HSR information line is available 7 days a week, from 7:30am – 8:00 pm to answer questions about routes and services: 905-527-4441.
