UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc (UrbanSolutions) is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of 1333664 Ontario Inc. (Owner) regarding the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments applications for the lands located at the above noted address.
The proposed development entails a 10-storey multiple dwelling containing a total of 206 dwelling units. The proposed multiple dwelling is accommodated by 206 residential parking spaces and 15 visitor parking spaces and 8 barrier free spaces.
To facilitate the proposal, an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications are required. These applications have been submitted to the City of Hamilton for review and the complete submission package is available for your review at:

The intent of this letter is to notify neighbouring property owners of an upcoming Neighbourhood Information Meeting for the proposed development. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for you to learn about the proposal details and to receive answers to any questions you may have before it is presented at a subsequent formal Public Meeting at City Hall.
Your commentary will be used to inform the applicant and City staff as they continue to work though the review of the application.
