A Public Open House will be held on February 5, 2024 at the Barton Stone Mount Hope United Church, located at 21 Stone Church Road West at 7:00pm discussing plans for the lands known as 1600 Upper James Street.

The public is being informed about a proposed redevelopment of the lands known as 1600 Upper James Street.

The owner of the subject lands intends to redevelop the subject lands into a 22-storey commercial and residential building. The subject lands are located at north west corner of the intersection of Upper James Street and Rymal Road
East.

The proposed development would include:

Height – 22 Floors (69 metres in Height)
Parking Spaces – 177 Spaces Contained in 5 levels of Underground Parking
Residential Units – 254
Ground Floor Commercial Floor Space – 404 square metres

A Public Open House will be held on February 5, 2024, Barton Stone Mount Hope United Church at 7:00pm.

A Brief Presentation will be made by the project developers and an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments regarding the development will follow.
