A community information session on the proposed development of the lands known as 30 & 36 Stone Church Road East, will be hosted by the GSP Group on May 29th.

An in-person open house will be hosted on May 29th for the public to learn more about the development vision at 30 & 36 Stone Church Road East. The session will be hosted by GSP Group to provide information on the develop concept, as well as to seek feedback on the development vision for the site.
The current concept plan envisions at 10-storey building containing 350 units, with step backs contemplated of 4, 6, and 8-storeys. In regards to amenity space, it is proposing a ground floor party room that would connect to an internal courtyard, as well as rooftop space. The proposed units within the building range from studio apartments to 3 bedroom units. Bicycle parking and an underground parking garage are also envisioned for the site.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Helen Detwiler Elementary School, which is located at 320 Brigade Drive.
