Real-time tracking is back

HSR transit users can now track buses in real-time after the system was affected due to the cyberattack back in February.

Hamilton transit riders are once again able to see real-time information on buses in apps like Google Maps, the HSR announced.

Although third party apps, like Google Maps, can once again provide real-time tracking ability of the City’s fleet, the HSR’s HSRNow app and the bus check line remain offline for the time being due to the cyberattack.

#HSRAlert It’s back!  Real-time info is now available on third-party trip planning tools like Google & Transit. The HSRnow suite of trip-planning products, including the HSRnow app and the Bus Check line remain off-line due to the cyber incident.  We appreciate your patience.
