As Hamilton moves towards exploring new and fair ways to mitigate the damage being done to the climate, Hamilton’s very own Rhiannon Lloyd has put together an excellent piece outlining how Hamilton can fund some of these new endeavours.
Rhiannon puts into simple terms some of the methods being used to charge for carbon, as well as feasible and common-sense ways Hamilton can become a leader in the field. Rhiannon also outlines local impact, which can be lost in the national and provincial dialogue. Most of all, it is a very insightful, educational and easy read.
